Mikella Fields, also known as Kels, is a Louisville, Kentucky native. She began her journey as a Professional Makeup Artist on the campus of Kentucky State University. There she began doing makeup at campus fashion shows, pageants and events. ​

Mikella has been a professional makeup artist for over 4 years specializing in looks ranging from Natural Application to Full Coverage application.

While breaking into her career she continued to use one phrase and one motto; DivaStatus. Not always having an easy lifestyle, once finding herself and her confidence she felt as though she had a new way of life, which she named DivaStatus. DivaStatus is when you look amazing, feel confident, and feel refreshed on life.

 

Mikella's goal is to put every woman on DivaStatus .
